We have just noticed recently that an amount of customer web sign-ups and customer enquiry emails are not getting through to Zendesk.
It appears to be random but it means that some of the emails aren't getting through for sign-ups and faults, which is causing us loss of sales and irritation with customers.
The gmail address we use is email@example.com, which we activated in Zendesk.
Please HELP ASAP!
