      Interesting question.  Quick one though for you, in French it should read "voir pièce jointe" instead of "voir attachment" :-)

      Still, looking forward to hear back from ZD support on this.

    This functionality is hard-coded into Zendesk, which means that there isn't currently a way to change the criteria or disable it. If you feel like having some control over the feature would be helpful, though, I'd definitely recommend hopping over to our [Product Feedback Forum]( and posting there with your use case. This is the best way to ensure that our Product Managers see how you're using Zendesk, and they use that feedback to help inform their decision as we plan our roadmap.

    Has the stance changed at all in the last 6 years?  Is there an ability to disable it now?
