    Yes, you can report on the last log in if you have access to GoodData. Here is one I prepared earlier.

    This is great, but I need a timestamp. Basically, John Smith, Agent, last logged in to the agent interface at 5:00pm on Tuesday, 11/17/2015. 

    I do not see any timestamp filter. So is the only option to see the DATE the agent last logged in and not the DATE/TIME?

    Hello Susie,

    you can create a customer lists in your Zendesk.

    „Role is Agent“ > „Save the list“ „Click on the small button on the right top“ > „Add last login“



    If you want one single list for Admins and Agents you could create a organisation or a tag for your team.

    Ah, yes. Nils solution is best. You can get the timestamp in GoodData, but it involves some maths, custom metrics and is only as up to date as your last data sync. Thanks

    You need to beak the last log in date and time into two parts.

    The last log in date is already available as a standard metric. 

    For the time, you need a custom metric:

    The trick is in the formatting to convert the date in minutes to a recognisable hour and minute. In the number format editor, use the format:

                 {{{60|24|00}}}:{{{|60|00}}}
