Can you have a ticket preview view?

    Hi Aron, 

      Have you had a look at the "ticket view" feature yet ?  This link provides details on how to create and manage different views.  Each view is limited to a max of 10 columns, however you can create specific views depending what you need to focus on.

    If you hover over the subject or the icon for the status it gives you a little preview of the ticket

    Hi there -

    I am wondering if Zendesk is planning to create this functionality - that is, to enable a preview pane (similar to what is mentioned above and similar to what is used in Outlook and Gmail etc)?

    Welcome to the Zendesk Community! Since the hover preview is available, a separate preview pane is not on the development roadmap at this time.
