Is this possible to ad a acknowledgement of receipt to the ticket?
I would like to know if it's possible to add an acknowledgement of receipt to my tickets so that i get be notified once the customers had open my answer.
Do you know if it's possible?

Hi Joséphine - at this time the answer is no. We don't have any way to notify you of receipt for email notifications sent from our Zendesk servers.
There is a new feature that allows notifications to be sent from Google's servers using a linked Google Apps account. Google does have read receipt capability so you may want to look into that option:
