Form dropdowns have a lot of empty space

    Thanks for the heads up on this. I'm going to create you a ticket for this one and send it over to our support team so we can do some further investigation on this issue for you. It looks like there  may be a bug at play causing this to occur. We'll be in touch asap via the new ticket for you. :)

    Thanks Amie, I received my answer pretty quickly!

    For anyone who stumbles on this thread in the future, it's because Zendesk designs the dropdowns to contain 5 selectable options before a scrollbar appears. If there are less than 5 options in your dropdown, then blank spaces will be shown instead.
