    @Hugo the current JIRA plugin does not support JIRA 7. I will create a support ticket for you so we can notify you the new plugin is released.

    Look forward to getting this latest update to move forward with JIRA 7.  This is the only plugin holding us back currently.

    It was communicated to us by Atlassian that if we do not upgrade within our support license window we will be required to pay for JIRA7.   We are checking with Atlassian (again).   This could be an unnecessary expense for us caused by a plugin not being supported or ready for the next release of JIRA.
    Not looking for a precise ETA, but at least an ETA that let's us know if this is going into 2016 Q1/Q2... or will be done before EOY 2015?

    That's the hope Thomas. I'm expecting something in the coming weeks but we are dependent at this point on our partner who still hasn't provided a firm ETA

    Thank you for the immediate response.  Although, frustrated, we applaud the communication and keeping us in the loop.   Hoping your partners come through.  We will check back in a week or two on this thread.

    Hi guys

    Just heard back from our partner.

    They were doing final round of testing/UAT this week-end and came across a critical bug. 

    Their ETA to us is within 2 weeks, delayed by that bug but they are still confident to have something within the next 2 weeks. 

    Fingers crossed.

    I am very happy to announce that our connector for JIRA Server is now compatible for JIRA Server 7.0 and above

    You can find it here

    Please note that if you are not running JIRA Server 7.0 or above you still need to use the connector version 2.3.1 or below since the add-on for JIRA Server 7.x is not backwards compatible.

    Hi,

    I was happy to find this post cause I have the same problem as described above. But sadly, I don't see a version supported by JIRA 7 on the version overview page

    Was this version removed? And what is the solution today?

    I found this plugin: Zendesk for JIRA. Is this the one that's compatible with JIRA 7? And is there an upgrade path to not loose any configuration?

    This plugin is the only one who blocks our upgrade from JIRA 6 to 7.

    Hi Jasper

    Zendesk for JIRA is the only remaining official add on from Zendesk, we're working towards eventually deprecating the old one and will not be supporting anymore versions for the old add on. 

    There is no upgrade path as the feature set is a bit different and the settings are totally different. However the configuration of the new add-on is drastically easier and you can run it in parallel of the old one to help you manually migrate issues over for instance. 

    I'd strongly recommend you considering moving to the new add-on, it's better, faster, more efficient, will get a lot more updates and features in the future and it's a lot easier to set up and use.
