    Hi Ran

Unfortunately no there isn't yet the ability to have a ticket importer using a CSV with a UI. We don't have plans for this at the moment.

You might want to check out www.import2.com they are great guys and do a really good job at building a nice UI for imports.

    Thanks!

Any chance this is now a feature in the App we can use? I have ~1000 cases I need to move into Zendesk and it'd be handy to not have to use the API to move them.

    Hello,

The last couple of years I've been contracting out to move tickets, many of my clients have come from these forums. As it stands I've moved over 1 million tickets, and I've also moved tens of thousands of User profiles, Articles and other bits of data; all with zero issues.

If you don't have the time or head-space to sift through tens of thousands of lines in a CSV yourself, using one of the semi-autonomous systems on the web, we'll do everything for you, communicate with you the entire time, and ensure everything happens as you intend.

Please feel free to get in touch with me directly at michael@datahop.io

Or check out our website at www.datahop.io (currently a temp page) or email general inquiries to datalove@datahop.io

Let's show your data some love :)

    Regards,
    Mike.

To bulk import your Zendesk tickets automatically to CSV or other data sources take a look at Skyvia. It is a code-free ETL service with intuitive UI and support for all major cloud apps, databases and flat files.

    Hello,

Is there any further update to this functionality? I regularly need to bulk import tickets and need an easier way to do so using a CSV and UI.

    Thanks

    Hi Siobhan -

This isn't something the product team has developed on; the API remains the native way to bulk import tickets.

There are, however, several apps available in the Zendesk Apps Marketplace to help facilitate ticket import.

Can you tell us more about your workflow and why you're needing to do this on a regular basis?

Hey @Siobhan you can use our service to migrate tickets to Zendesk easily.

    https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/help-desk-migration/?source=app_directory

    Via CSV or via API.

    Hi Nicole,

Thanks for the response. I'm manually loading in tickets which are created from an offline source that the team need to action - there's approximately 200 per month.

I've since found an app which I can easily upload via CSV.

    Thanks

    Siobhan

    Hi Kate,

Apologies for the late reply. I am using Import2 - really easy and just what I needed it for. http://www.import2.com/
