Editing Customer/User Profile view/snapshot

    Hi MIke,

      Not sure if that can be changed or not, nonetheless I'd recommend to use ticket Views feature instead.  It'll give you all the flexibility you need where you'll have the luxury to decide which fields to display (organization, requester, etc.) as well as how to organize and sort them out.

    It's not possible to customize those fields in the user profile. Serge's suggestion will get you where you need to go though!

    I would also want to customize the view I see in a users profile in Zendesk. We serve multiple brands, and if a customer is a memeber with many brands it is impossible for us to easily see which brand each ticket belongs to in the user profile. We need to open each ticket to see the brand and that is extremely time confsuming. 

    Is this something you guys can fix please? :)

    hello, I am waiting for this feature too.

    I would just like to hide "phone number" from the view.

    is there any way to make it?
