    Hi Orysia,

      You may want to refer to Managing Suspended Tickets and Spam, pay attention to "Cause of suspension description" section.  That should help you figuring out what's going on.

      The description to the cause you identified is: This is used when the email header indicates that the message is an auto-generated email response.  Have you tried to white-list the source e-mail addr ?

    Hello Serge,

    We've been trying to solve the same issue by whitelisting our source email address, but it didn't help. Tickets are still getting suspended. 

    What can be the reason of that?

      Can you pls. provide more details on the issues you're facing ?  Are the symptoms exactly the same as before the whitelisting ?
