Is it possible to see in the ticket views the custom field information (Essential plan)?

    Hi Skender!

    Custom ticket fields will show up as conditions when editing or creating views, but I'm afraid that the ability to edit or create custom views isn't available on the Essential plan; it's starts on the Team plan level.
