On the old version of zendesk agent console I could create custom report by some of my ticket fields and set a date range. It was under MANAGE-REPORTING-Reports, and I could add new. I could also export. On the new site I don't see that option at all. Am I missing something? I am on the basic plan, but had these feature in the old console. Thanks!
**EDIT: I found how to set a custom view - but I don't see how to select a date range, or even what the date range is.
I also see that you can only pick by ticket type (solved, closed, new etc) - Ideally id like to just choose the created tickets that meet a given criteria, regardless of overall ticket status.
