    Hi Joseph!

    You can access your native reports in the new Zendesk interface by clicking on the bar graph icon in the lower left corner of your screen:

    Sorry, not it. Those are the pre-canned reports. I specifically wanted to generate reports off custom ticket fields, as in the old version.

    I found views but if you see my question I cant set dates etc...

    Sorry about that, I misunderstood what you were asking.

    You can access your reports like so:

    Once you're there, you'll be able to create custom reports and choose your date range:

    Once I've created a report as you describe above, how do I add that to the Reports tab so that my agents can view the report?

    Hi Tracy! Welcome to the Community!

    It's not possible to customize the reporting overview dashboards beyond changing the time frame displayed in the reports. You can view any additional reports you've created by going to Gear icon > Manage > Reports and then click the Reports tab.
