I'm trying to create a metric which does the following:
SELECT # Tickets Created WHERE Ticket Submitter Role = Agent
But as far as I can tell there's no attribute for ticket submitter role, and I can't think of a way around it.
I'm having a hard time believing that Insights doesn't support filtering by the role of the user who created the ticket! We need this because we provide phone support primarily, so the majority of our tickets are created by our agents.
