I've been adding content to our Help Center/Help Desk for several months. It has always presented a basic WYSIWYG editor panel (bold, italics, links, images) to make it easier to format for non-code people. It also let me do CNTRL-B etc commands. When I logged in this morning and go to an article, it's all just plain text. It only accepts the HTML code. There is no editor panel in new or existing articles, and it will not respond to CNTRL-B or other basic commands. I have not altered anything since it was working yesterday, so is this a bug or change in the system? If a change, what do I need to do to get it back? Thank you, Laura
