    Hi Aron!

    I see that you were able to get help with this in a ticket as well...I'm going to post the answer here unless anybody else needs it!

    "Netsuite is a 3rd party App that has been created to operate with Zendesk. If this is something that App is doing, then I would consider contacting their customer support (info@celigo.com) to see what exactly is happening there."
