We have configured Contact Form 7 on our Wordpress site to send to a support email account (i.e. email@example.com) that resides in Office 365. We have configured ZenDesk so that all email messages sent to firstname.lastname@example.org are forwarded into ZenDesk. This forwarding rule works when someone sends and email to email@example.com. However, if someone submits a form through Contact Form 7 on our website, it goes to firstname.lastname@example.org but it doesn't forward into ZenDesk.
Does anyone have any suggestions about what we need to do to achieve this forwarding into ZenDesk?
