Give Managers the ability to see Voice reporting

    Hi Joe,

    In order for your "managers" to view the Voice dashboard you'll need to configure Custom Agent Roles - an Enterprise level feature.

    Specifically, the setting you'll need to enable in your new role is "Can view Voice dashboard", seen here under "Channels":
