    I also need an answer for this. In a category page, I have a section which shows only 30 articles.(despite having 36 articles).

    How can we show them all?

    Same here.

    I've search for this and I think the section_tree_with_article share the same limit with the APIs so we can retrieve only 30 items a time.

    Hey Everyone!

    Unfortunately Clement would be right on this one. This is a limit set on the API level with no workarounds. I've taken the feedback that you've all provided here though and will pass it to our team as a feature request.

    Hi Eric,

    Thanks for the update!

    This is quite annoying so we are really looking forward to the feature being released, or at least provide a "More" button for users to load more or jump to the section page.

    Hi Clement,

    I implemented a hack for our help center and it works. I wrote a function to target the section headings and went through each of the headings in a loop. For my desired section, I added a link which takes me that section page.

    function decorateCategoryPage() {
    var sectionHeadings = [];
    sectionHeadings = $('#category-page .section-tree-with-article .section h2');
    $.each(sectionHeadings, function(index, sectionHeading) {
    if(sectionHeading.innerText === "desiredsectionheading"){
    $(sectionHeading).parent().append($('<a href="linktosection">See all articles</a>'));
    }
    });

    Replace 'desiredsectionheading' with your section's title & 'linktosection' with the link to your section page.

    Hope this helps.

    +1 on adding more articles as a limit. It should be a setting in the control panel. I don't know why this isn't already one!

    Adding my voice to this one - we use a section of the knowledge base as our product release notes blog and need the ability to show more than the most recent 30 releases on one page. I agree that it should be a control setting, but at the very least could you (Zendesk team) increase the limit to ~60? Ideally I'd like to show 30 and then include a "Show all" button.

    Thanks!

    Thanks for sharing your feedback Maggie :)

    At this time this limit cannot be increased as it is set by our API with no possible workaround.

    I'll be sure to pass your feedback up to the appropriate team as well to provide visibility on this need.

    Thanks again!

    Hi all, I'm not sure if I fully understand the issue here, but for sure, you CAN pull all the articles on Category / Section or any other page. More than 30 or any other number.

    When a ZD sent you list of 30 articles per page, at the start of that list is a link to the next page (next 30 articles). JS code just needs to pull articles from the next page(s) too, in a loop, until there is a next page link.

    I am so surprised this isn't supported. It's very frustrating. Please remove the limit or extend it.

    I've found an easy way out.

    Just comment this part at the script.js  file and the pagination will appear.

    function setLoading() {
         $('.table thead').addClass('hidden');
        //$('nav.pagination').addClass('hidden');

    Unfortunately, there is no such script in our script.js file.  I looked through all our snippets and couldn't find anything resembling this.
