What is with Zendesk having so many outages recently?
I run a support desk that requires quick responses to our clients. It's a premium solution just like Zendesk is meant to be a premium ticketing solution.
I am now sat here though for the second time in 16 days where incoming e-mails are delayed for over an hour.
This page https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/200721077-Service-notifications seems much more representative of the amount of problems Zendesk have.

Obviously, I cannot comment on your service but we haven't had an issue this year so far...

Are you in the EU data centre, Mathew?
The entire helpdesk is down now just getting a 404.

I don't think so, I am on an island in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Warm crystal clear, turquoise waters, white sandy beaches etc. Doesn't look like any European data centre i have seen...
