Slack integration for multiple Slack teams

    Hey Russ,

    I've taken a deep dive in to your question. I've found that your question is more about Slack, where Zendesk is merely the end-point.

    In my opinion there are 2 solutions.

    1. To exactly create what you request, you need a Slack bot, where each user can send private messages to, which will start the ticket creation. The only way to create an external request with this is via an external integration with Slack (i.e. your own server or Zapier).

    2. Use a specific shared channel where you set-up 'Outgoing webhook' in each team where users can start up there tickets.

    Hey Russ,

    This is probably much too late, but we built a product that should be exactly what you are looking for. It allows you to have a bot on each team that can join specific channels and sync conversations 2-directions with Slack. To create a ticket you just mark any message with a "key" reaction and it creates a ticket in Zendesk that is synced with the thread in Slack.
