I am new to Zendesk (really like it so far!), and am trying to set up integration for our Slack teams for ticket creation. I currently support six companies all under common ownership, and we have five Slack teams set up. Predictably, only one of our Slack teams has the same sub domain name as our Zendesk sub domain name.
What I am hoping to accomplish is to create a Help Desk user in each team (as opposed to a channel), and then when any other team member sends a message to the Help Desk team member in any of our teams, it creates a ticket in Zendesk, sends the notification emails to the agents in our support group, and begins the support process.
I've attempted to go through the steps to integrate Slack for one of our teams with limited success. Is there any way to achieve what I am trying to accomplish, and if so, what are the basic steps?
