Anybody have problems/find solutions on getting this app to work correctly? All it will let me do now is dial out, no inbound calls are received - I'm not getting screen pop (set to "Ringing"), nothing is being auto-logged as a ZD ticket and it's not showing in my call history in the ZD app.
I've tried logging into Virtual Office Desktop softphone, Virtual Office Mobile softphone, and using a desktop phone without luck.
Role restrictions are NOT enabled.
My extension is currently linked to a desktop phone (Polycom SoundPoint IP 335)
