    Hey, Mike.

    Any update on the issue? We ran into the same problem at the beginning of the quarter with 8 x 8. No incoming calls were logged and notifications weren't visible. The guy from IT department thought it was a good idea to just integrate both systems and avoid the same issue in the future as it reoccurs without us knowing what caused it.

    We contacted Tenfold for the integration and it's been a gem to use. Although it's a Chrome extension it's readily compatible with all major CRMs and phone systems.The guys at Tenfold also mentioned they're going to roll out more improvements in terms of its coverage; hopefully before the year ends. If you haven't reached any resolution, check these guys out.
