We are using Zendesk for Social Media Customer Service(Facebook & Twitter), and we would like to use Zendesk Satisfaction feature with our customers.
Can we send the satisfaction survey as a link which open a page for rating and commenting ?
- We don't ask our customers for their email addresses.
- We don't want to give the customers an access to his ticket on zendesk.
Please advise by the possible solutions.
And also about how to send these to certain tickets.
