How can you identify new records created in Salesforce from Zendesk?

    Hi Matt,

    I've set up a daily-emailed Salesforce report that shows me all the Accounts and Contacts created by me. I'm the person who authorized the Zendesk package in Salesforce, so I get set as the owner on those records. That works for us since I, personally, don't create Accounts and Contacts for any other reason. And, even if I do occasionally need to create one, it's not in my face in those reports for forever because they have a date range of Created Date  > Past 7 Days.

    Thanks, Seth -- I think this will work. It's a shame there's no way to define a lead source or other trait that could positively identify records created by Zendesk, in case the authorized user is creating records manually as well.
