We are using the CC option in Zendesk to notify suppliers if there's a problem with their products.
the primary e-mailaddress is usually somethink like support@..
If one of their support people replies to the zendesk e-mail with their personal e-mail, the ticket gets suspended with reason "Permission denied for unknown email submitter"
at the moment, we are working around this by adding multiple contacts to the user, but this very inefficient.
Is there a way to allow an entire domain?
