allow all users from a domain to submit tickets?

    Hey Bart,

    There is one thing you could try.

    If you add the organisation for that user and set the domain on it with the following settings.

    I think this will help you solve your problem.

    Hey Bart!

    In addition to Kay's suggestion, if you're using a closed Zendesk, you could look at using the whitelist function to allow the entire domain in question.
