Determine author of ticket comment in trigger

    Hi Matt,

    Take a look at the trigger options that are based on "Current User". In the case of a comment being added to the ticket, then "Current User" refers to the commenting person. I'm not certain off the top of my head if there's a way to refer to that person's *group*, however.
