    Hey Kalpesh!

    You can read all the details about removing a support address here. Ultimately, it shouldn't have any impact on existing tickets; it just means that outgoing email notifications won't be sent from that support address anymore.

    If you don't want tickets created from messages sent from that email address, you'll need to make sure that you go into the email account in questions and remove the email forwarding that sends the messages to Zendesk.
