    Hi Kevin,

    It's a dastardly secret that the emails you set up in Triggers do accept basic HTML formatting. As you said, different email clients could wreak havoc with complex formatting, so it's probably wise to keep it simple.

    I just use some basic styling to de-emphasize useful but non-important headers, and emphasize the more important stuff: https://cl.ly/1p0Q0F2Y2n1K

    Thanks @seth. I did some testing with this yesterday, and now I am just working on refining how my table/columns look in the email.
