"follow" button in Help Desk

    Hey Matthew! Welcome to the Community!

    My first thought is that your Help Center hasn't been activated yet. If it's still under construction (and therefore not visible to the public), notifications won't go out for new articles.

    Let me know if that doesn't explain it!

    we also tested the follow button and added articles to see if anything would be send to our email addresses. No email is send to anybody. Our center is activated and all.

    Could you please investigate and help us solve it?

    Hey Henri,

    Can you confirm these email notifications aren't in your Spam folder? I've seen this happen on a couple of accounts so I think this is a good place to check.

    You can also manage your subscription from the My Activities page as mentioned here: Help Center guide for end users

    If you continue to experience issues, you may want to reach out to support@zendesk.com so they can dig into this further.
