    Hi Kalpesh Shah

    On the Enterprise plan you have an option to run a rules analysis - That will give you in depth knowledge on how your triggers, automation, tags etc are used in your Zendesk.

    If you are not on the Enterprise plan you are limited to try and extract that information via the API.

    If you go into the triggers page you will see a link at the top of the page leading you to the analysis section.
