    Hi

    If i understand you correctly, you want to have the widget "everywhere" but only enable chat in the checkout... It doesn't seem to be possible with the widget - I can't find any reference to it in the widget API. The only thing the API allows is to hide the whole widget and then show it at checkout.

    Hi Jessie, thanks for the message.

    We end up doing it with the API, and it works great, we just put this on pages other than our checkout:

    zE(function(){
    $zopim(function(){
    $zopim.livechat.setStatus("offline");
    });
    });
