    Hey Ali!

    There isn't a way to do this in the agent interface as you've illustrated here. We have lots of third party integrations here: https://www.zendesk.com/apps. You may be able to find something there.

    Otherwise, you can write something custom using our API!

    I think Zendesk really needs something like this. I haven't found any good options in the app marketplace.

    We are facing the same issue at this time.  I believe this needs to be considered as a High Priority item in the future.  Software companies that sell many products will run into this issue.  i am sure there are other industries with the same issue.

    Could you add organization fields to each organization to keep track of each product?  I'm not sure how many products you are talking about, but checkboxes might help if you don't have a lot of subscription products.  Then you could report on either or in Insights.

    That is not feasible.  We have in excess of 150 products plus we track releases as well.  We are having a meeting to discuss with the PS team

    We are looking for a solution just like this - track an organizations subscribed products (add new products and report on them).  Is there an app on the marketplace now (my searches are not returning anything)?  I'd love to hear how others are accomplishing this.
