    Hello Kalpesh,

    You do not email your own support address in a trigger - this would create a mail loop.

    You should be using - Notifications: email user -  agent or requester... 

    Does that help?   Maybe explain more what you are trying to accomplish if not :)

    Hi

    You should use the condition "Ticket: Received at" to have the trigger only fire when received at a specific email address.

    "Ticket: To Address" looks to me as a custom field you have created in your Zendesk - Is that correct?
