    Hi yes. We would like to have the ticket forms to be used outside of the helpcenter. It is currently attached to the help center and since we put up email support but have not yet activated our help center we are trying to transfer the ticket forms to our current support site. I hope i answered your question. If not, just let me know. :)

    Hi Darren

    There's really no way to accomplish this with standard Zendesk. The only way I see you can do this is to "copy" the ticket forms, set them up on your current support side and have them submit the data from the forms to Zendesk via the API.
