    Hi Robert:

I wanted to let you know that we have just released a new zESetting for position that includes a top position that expands downward. Thanks again for sharing your experiences thus far. I look forward to hearing how it works for you!

Thanks for posting, Robert! This is something we're exploring. I'll update this thread as I have additional questions on use cases or more to report.

    Hi,

    Nice job !

But offset + position doesn't work on mobile phone.

I set position / vertical : top   + offset / vertical : 200px and the button stay stuck at the top of thephone's screen.

It works like a charm on desktop.

    If anybody has a tips ... :)

Has anyone found a position that works well on Mobile or how to customize it in some way such that it can be available for mobile users without being in their way while they browse the site?

Hi Deborah: You might want to consider creating a custom launcher on your site that, when clicked, will open the Widget. Do you that you'd use zE.activate. This original request is completed, so I might recommend the creation of a new post for future requests as well so that they have greater visibility.
