Voice management
Hi everyone
We have a number of different teams who are grouped by languages.
I can't find an easy way to see the number of agents signed in for each language at a quick glance (without going into every number and checking the number of active agents).
Has anyone found a way round this?

I hope you can accept our apologies as this kind of agent management style, column like grouping for agents, if you will, is not something we currently have at this time. Though this would be a great addition. For now, you can only see which agent (based on their language group) if you choose their group individually as you are doing now.
