Unable to locate Macros on Android Mobile

    Hi Intekhab!

    It's a little bit un-intuitive, but you actually apply the macro from the main ticket comment view, not from the reply screen.

    When you're viewing the ticket, you'll see a three-dot menu icon in the upper right corner of your screen. If you tap that, a drop-down will appear, and "Apply macro" will be at the bottom of the list.

    Actually I do not see anything on the "Ticket View" screen. And weirdly the phone screenshot function also do not work while I am on that screen.

    However the phone menu button works to bring up the macro menu. So it is getting the work done for me now.

    I have a ticket 1799965 over your helpdesk regarding this issue.

    I wonder if one of us is running a different Android version, or a different version of the app. I'm glad you got it working, either way!
