    Like Intis, I was also looking into a way to change this field's title because the current one does not suit our needs. Could anybody please let us know if this is at all possible?

    Hey

    These are custom ticket fields we created. The widget setup page allows you to select some custom fields to include.

    +1 to this.  We have the same use case, using this widget as "Feedback", and the "How can we help you?" question being problematic.  We end up getting tickets that need support, rather than actual feedback (which we look at less frequently).
