We're looking into the possibility of using Mailchimp to send our monthly e-newsletters, welcome e-mails to new members and other campaign e-mails. I saw that Zendesk offers an integration app and just wanted to find out any benefits that have really stood out when using Zendesk with Mailchimp? Or even anything that didn't go so well?
We've only been using Zendesk for a short while but we have an exisiting CRM database which is where we would draw the customer data from to send out our newsletters.
Any feedback anyone could give would be really appreciated.
