Zendesk Time Tracking App does not work in Mobile Application

    Hi Darren, This is great feedback. We haven't yet looked into linking any of our zendesk apps with our mobile app, but thats not to say we couldn't. We wont be able to work on this in the immediate term, but will add it to our roadmap for prioritization.

    Any news on this?  This is a critical feature for some of our people as they are always roving.  They have really come to enjoy using the mobile app and prefer it over the web app.  That being said, I have no time on task for what it being completed.  Could you advise on an alternative approach?

    Its seems rather odd to me that time tracking from the apps has been removed in the past month. Most companies who have mobile workers want and need to track the time of employees who often do not have access to a desktop. This could be due to any number of reasons like that ability to bill for work done. The ability to track hours spent on specific work types. Or the ability to show your clients they are getting the time your paying for in the form of reports. I just don't understand why Zendesk took this functionality away after it was available for so long without giving users another option. This seems from the outside that you created a problem (removing access to the time tracking fields) while solving no problem. If your not going to add this back to the app then it would be great if you added these fields to the Mail API. Better yet would of course be to add it back.
