With the Feedback Tab, our company currently uses a web form with seven fields requesting specific pieces of information from our customers. The Web Widget only has two extra fields and doesn't allow us to add more, so as soon as we turned it on we were forced to turn it back off. We are stuck still using the Feedback Tab.
(Less critical is the document preview, which sounds great on paper but is rendered in such a small window that it's totally unusable for us.)
From what I can tell, even the beta will not allow us to add extra fields to the widget, is that correct? Is this something that is being considered or that we can request? We cannot use the Web Widget in its current form, but from the responses I've received from ZD support, the Nov 1 deadline will not be pushed back so we will lose the functionality we need from the Feedback Tab with no alternative option.
We don't currently have the resources to devote to building a custom form and integrating the API with our site. Can you allow us to customize the widget for extra fields?
