In an effort to speed up the workflow for our community moderator team, I'm looking to use some JS to use intelligent rules to add checkboxes to the bottom of posts for our moderators to allow them to reply, then mark the post as official, answered, and closed, all in one fell swoop. Like this:
There's no information on the developer site about this, and I tried dissecting the usual drop-down and found that the entries for closing the post and marking it as answered are both driven through passing info via the URL (eg. marking as answered passes "status?status=answered").
Anyone have any tips on integrating this kind of thing so my moderators can do it all in a couple of clicks instead of having to submit, then drop-down and answer, then wait for the page to load, then drop-down and close. Too many clicks!
