Satisfaction report

    Another observation is the numbers change every month. For eg. When I ran the report on 02 Nov the numbers were different from today's run.

    I am confused on what is the right way of reporting satisfaction scores here.

    Appreciate any advise.

    Hey Manish,

    It looks like you are using some custom metrics for the satisfaction ratings. It's possible that the metrics are not built in the same way, so I would need to see each of those metrics to know for sure. I'll send you a follow-up ticket to see if we can look at your specific metrics together!
