Notify agents of received requests without adding them all as CC's?

    Hello Dan,

    The default trigger should not be adding agents as a CC, just in the initial email.  Check how they are getting added as a CC in the 'Events' view...

    This shows you any action made on a ticket by any triggers or automations.  Get back if you need more help :)  Pasting a screenshot of the event with CC additions might help
