I use Zendesk for my Shopify store. The widget works fine but I would like all incoming emails (e.g. via Shopify forms) to go to my Zendesk account. If I register the address email@example.com in Shopify (Settings/General) it works, I get all incoming emails to my Zendesk account but unfortunatly that breaks all outgoing notifications from our Shopify account (order notifications etc etc). What should the correct settings be?
