My company is an enterprise software company. We provide our customers with mobile sdks and server side software. Currently we use Zendesk as our Help Desk software. We create software delivery tickets and use Box to deliver the software. The box integration with Zendesk, doesn't offer much in the way of streamlining this process.
I was wondering does Zendesk offer any apps or methods of performing Software Delivery, in a more streamlined way? Does it have any features that allow us to track what has been delivered to a customer?
