I am trying to build a report that tells me how many days it took to full resolution for P1 and P2 tickets.
I am already quite far into it, but what I am struggling with is converting the data from days into minutes.
I was think I probably can do something with the Metrics Format function, but I was not able to find any information on the support center on how to use it.
Does anyone know? Or should I be changing the format where I have defined the metric (it's an advanced metric I created myself)
