Custom Ticket field not showing
I have created a new required custom drop down field and it wont show in either the ticket submission form or in the agent ticket view.

After adding a custom field, refresh your browser for it to show in the agent interface. In Windows, use CTRL + F5

thanks its showing in the agent view now but it still wont show in the submission form for end users

@Chris. What plan are you on? If enterprise have you updated your ticket form?
