Have a bit of a random query, we use a 3rd party company to log our internal support calls to and want to be able to use the Zendesk unique email address generated for tickets, for example:
However the 3rd party do not accept special characters in their emails, the + sign is the issue.
Is it possible to change the alias? Even if it's just possible to get rid of the + character, for example
