Can Zendesk automatically make a phone call to certain people when receiving an urgent ticket, such as users can't log in a website?
Reason: when users can't log in our website in our off hours, they will usually send our support team an email. The email will become a Zendesk ticket because we use Zendesk to handle our support emails. However, our support team can't view the Zendesk tickets promptly because it is our off hours. If Zendesk can turn the urgent emails into a phone call, it will help alert our support team about the urgent issue and allow us to respond more efficiently.
